Where should trailer plug be grounded to - 7-pin??

Trying to diagnose weak trailer brakes. I am at work right now, but when I get home I plan to check the grounds on both the RV and the truck. Can anyone tell me where the ground wires should go?

Thanks.

The ground wire (white) will be at the 7:30 o'clock position.

The brake wire (blue) will be at 4:30

These are on the TRUCK plug.

The ground on the truck will be the white wire from the plug. If you trace it back it will go about 2 ft in the harness and is bolted to the frame on the driver's side towards the rear.

As for the trailer, it can be anywhere so long as it is to the frame of the trailer.

For Bob's sake.....

That is the back of THE TRAILER connector. The TRUCK connector will be the opposite.

Thanks guys. I had seen the diagram. It was where the ground wire went from the plug that I didn't know.
