If I remember correctly the Ford OEM's are not greasable, and I think pretty much any aftermarket are. I prefer to throw a shot of lube in there every so often.

For the bushings and sway bar end links, I've found that the Ford dealer was the best for this. I looked on Energy Suspension's site while doing this all these years ago and didn't see much for 2wd folks. They have stuff all day for 4wd folks.

Im trying to lift my 2002 2wd ford excursion 4 inches. Does any one have any advice with using blocks in the back and extended springs and shocks in the front to get that height.
