I just purchased a 2010 a couple of months ago due to the rebates. Here's a few other facts to consider:

1. Same warranty - either Diesel has 100K mile warranty
2. Urea - 6.4 doesn't require. This adds cost to the 6.7 Diesel. I didn't want to deal with it.
3. Buy a 2010 and trade it in a couple of years after the 2011 is proven itself.
4. 2010 Huge Savings - yes MPG are bad. I get 11 MPG in a 2010 F350 Reg Cab 6.4, however I only drive it about 5,000 mile a year. The 2010 will work out Great for me. Depending on how many miles you drive the MPG savings needs to be considered. Also consider the cost of Urea maintenance? This reduces the benefit of the better MPG in a 2011, when you add the Urea cost.
5. I personally don't like the 2011 grill. Just my opinion. Everyone has a different one.
6. I know this sounds stupid, but the 2011 is too quite. I like the sound of the old 6.0 myself, but everyone has their own opinion on that. I would buy a gas 2011 6.2 F350, if I didn't buy the 2010 6.4. A lot of folks buy Diesels because they sound Awesome! Maybe it's a macho thing...We all have our different reasons.

11 mpg is lower then I expected. I plan to drive the truck around 15K a year. I'm now thinking I may be better off geting the 2011.
