300-6 in auto shop
Well we had someone bring in an 89 f-150(yes in my auto class its a working shop cool hu, no better way to learn)whith a fuel injected 300-6 on it. Well he says that it dosnt run and if he hooks a jumper from a power sorce directly to the pump then it works. Im just wondering if there is anything i should look for other than just torn wires, already checked the fuses and their good. Teacher is too by the book to get straight answers out of sometimes
. Thanks guys.

well i got the truck up on the hoist and ohmed the pump, its good but theres no power on the leads so the shop teacher made me spend 30min printing electrical diagrams for the inertia switch. Hopefully ill get it fixed tomarow.

its kinda a combo, its through the highschool but its a vocational center. They train you in the actuall work inviroment. Its a realy cool deal, and at the end if your adendence is perfect and you were a good worker they place in jobs too.
