Injector Installation Kit will resolve that.
Don't start so good does it.
Most prefer to toss the o-rings in the kit and use Viton O-Rings - McMaster-Carr Item 9464K24
The better quality kits use German cloth braided Buna-N hose that lasts much longer, the cheaper kits use standard Buna low pressure fuel hose that doesn't last as long, if you really want it to last use Viton hose (expensive, $12 a foot, 3 are needed).
I prefer to cut my between Injector hoses to 4-1/16".
The real reason for the kit is the new hats, else you could just buy the hose and o-rings.
Do them all and then DO NOT DISTURB them after they have had heat, if you do you'll be replacing all the o-rings.
Use Vasoline on the o-rings.
Test (verify Motorcraft/Beru) and replace (with Motorcraft/Beru) Glow Plugs as needed before doing the Injector Installation Kit, else you will disturb the returns and cause them to leak air.

I just realized this thread is not an appropriate thread ... Maybe a mod can move them to a new thread.

Yea that would be nice to move it, i am really glad to be recieving all this great input specially since im new to the diesels, ive worked on em doing minor things, ive been a mechanic with gas vehicles for a few years but this is a whole other ball game.. I know nothing about this motor at all so anyone willing to give ideas or suggestions very much appreciate it, maybe if the mod moves it i will post a couple more issues and hopefully recieve the same input.
