What gives? I had taken it to a shop to get alignment and brakes done. Well they would not do the alignment because the steering column was doing what I said the title. Power steering is fine. No leaks and pump runs. It should not be the steering box because it would have ceased by now. Has anybody had issues like this before? I can turn the steering wheel freely but sometimes it gets really hard to turn. Kind of hard to explain on here. I am thinking I am going to replace the steering column and go from there. I got quoted $350 to do everything which is a great deal. My uncle is a auto body shop owner and his mechanic is going to do it. Another shop quoted me $850. I laughed and said no thanks.
