James,
I'm looking for a 56 cab if you got one with solid drip rails. I've got a cab with good corners and floor but after soda blasting it the drip rails are rotten and have been filled in with bondo. I'm going to either need a top from the front drip rail back to below the bed line or replace the cab entirely. Please let me know if you or anyone you know has one. I also live in Alabama but will be glad to pay you cash if you have one and drive up to get it. I bought my truck in California and was told it had no rust on it so I want to make sure that everything is solid on my next purchase. Thanks for any help you can give.

Thanks for the response but I'll try to get something a little closer and if I can't find anything I'll let you know. With gas going up shipping something this big will cost more than the price of the cab. I'll let you know in the next week and thanks for the help.

The only 56 drivers side doors I have left have small rrust holes at the bottom. Very repairable but probably no better than what you have. Thanks

It wouldn't take very much to be a better door than what I have. I've already bought an interior patch panel for it but the door has been hammered, literally. Can you send me pictures and prices? How many do you have? It might be worth a trip to Arkansas... Jay

JNB, Give me a few days and I'll send you pics of the best I have. I want $100.00 for it. I'll need your e mail address. I don't know how to do it on here. Dozer, I'm afraid you used my old email adress I don't use any more. Can you do private messages on here yet? If not my new adress is james1953@centurytel.com

I have one left but I promised it to another guy on here. He's supposed to let me know by the first of next month if he can afford to come get it. So check back in a month.I have some 56 and 55 grills. One good 53 but I want to keep it as a spare for mine.

I have an extra one I could let you have for $75.00. The problem would be shipping it. Are you planning on coming west on I 40 any time soon?

Hey Jim do you have an email address I could send my list of needed parts? It's lengthy and I didn't want to post all on here. I tried jim1953@centurytel.com, but it said the address did not exist. You can also email me and I'll just reply with the parts I need. My email is joeltblackburn@gmail.com Thanks!

very sorry for the delay in response. I am still interested in the glovebax door for a 56. Also, do you have ( or are they even needed) headlight buckets and headlight trim rings for a 56? As well as any/all interior ***** and handles (including window and door pulls.... and front turn signal assemblies

I am going in a "rat-ish" direction for appearance, so the pieces do not need to be perfect, just complete.

Thanks,
Chris
