Sweet smell
I have a 96 f350 crew cab dually 460 auto tranny the only modifications is the complete banks power pack. We are getting a really sweet smell in the cab its not all the time and we can not pin point when it happens. Its not dripping or leaking coolant all the frezze plugs have been replace and has new radiator and all hoses. We even checked the pressure in the AC system. Some times it gets so bad that we have to pull over and leave the windows down and get out of the truck. Any Ideas is greatlly appreciated.

Sounds like your heater core is seeping.
Try bypassing it for awhile here in the summer and see if it ceases.
During this past winter, did you smell it and your windshield mist heavily on the inside when you turned the heater on?
That would be a dead giveaway your heater core is shot.
