Hey guys,
New to the site here and im in the process of restoring up this truck I recently purchased. Its been a while since i've worked on anything and this is my first ford truck. I may need assistance! Im sure most of you are more then willing though. Ive got pictures since day one and as soon as I figure out how to post them I will put them all up. Look forward to this one, I take new pics every weekend!

The 400 can be built into a *great* truck engine; you might check out the
335-series forum here where you'll learn about Tim Meyer and his specially-
made-for-him Keith Black pistons (get them).

Cool. Sorry, I can't offer any advice about that trans since the two I had over the years were stock and never failed. I had a friend with one behind a built 4V Cleveland and he wasn't able to break it even with a 10" converter and Trac-Lok 9" diff. I guess they’re a strong transmission? I'm sure someone will chime in with things to look out for...
