Torque Specs for mains and oil pump. I'm out in the garage

Anybody have the torque ratings for main caps, oil pump and pan bolts? I am greasy and in the garage right now doing final assembly so i am trying to minimize comp usage. Thanks in advance! Motor is '79 460

Main caps: 95-105
Oil Pump: 25
Oil pan: small bolts 7-9 large bolts at front/rear seal 9-11

Be sure to set your thrustbearing and measure crankshaft end play. It usually falls in spec but smoetimes is too tight and thrust bearing needs clearancing. Spec for end play is .004"-.010", .012" max.
