Recommendation for a 4x4 front end shop

So my truck is suffering from memory steer. That is, when I make a left or right turn while moving the wheel wants to stick to that direction until I turn it back the other way or jerk the wheel the opposite direction a good 1/4 turn. I jacked up the front end and checked the suspension and linkage to look for any loose parts but couldn't find anything. perhaps a stuck ball joint somewhere? interestingly one of the previous owners had changed the ball joints before on the passenger side by the drivers side appears to still be stock. I'm assuming this based on the fact the drivers side does not have any grease fittings on the ball joints.

Anyway, i'm looking for a reputable and hopefully reasonably priced shop that could diagnose my problem and/or fix it. It's been suggested in the 80-86 forum I frequent that I see a 4x4 shop that works on fords since I have a TTB front end. Anyone know of any good shops in the south jersey area (zip code 08021). i'm about 15 mins southeast of Philly.

Good way to check for stuck ball joints is to disconnect your tie rods from your steering knuckles, and manually move wheel from side to side to see if it is tight, it is highly recommended to inspect rest of steering components to ensure nothing else is tight or binding, also can be a steering box problem also, should check your bushings too, I think you have twin I-beam setup on your truck. hope that helps.
