baby, cinco de mayo is spanish for the 5th of may......

I am NOT of Mexican heritage, but man do I love their food and can cook it quite well, thank you~~~
We had shredded chicken, shredded beef, rice, refried beans, chips, salsa, sour cream, shredded cheese, tortilla shells, and MAN! it was GOOOOOOOD~~
We also went to the park with a rope and a pinata.......it took the kiddos quite a few hits, but the rewards were quite satisfying.......

ok, fellas.......talk about postponing the g2g this weekend is running amuck......
more peeps have cancelled and it is looking kinda shy of company.....
Paul T has suggested waiting until a later date, he suggested June.....
