1st Gen carb swap with E4OD

I'm in need of some help, have a 93 with 260/260 .475 lift cam, Shaved and ported heads, free flowing exhaust.....and speed density EFI. The cheapest and simplest way to go seems a 650 cfm carb and performer rpm intake. But what of the computer controlled trans? If I leave all the wiring in place, will the computer still function properly without the wires being hooked to the injectors and tps sensor? BTW my plugs look like this computer screen.....White. Any help here is greatly appreciated.

You'll need to run a stand alone transmission controller like the Baumanator, if you plan to use your E4OD with a carb

I'm not sure why you would want to do that. The carb setup is really a downgrade, not an upgrade. What about MAF conversion? Many guys with speed density Lightnings that are modded work fine with the speed density.
