Rear Slipping

I have an '05 F-150 and the right rear slips/jerks when taking off. Just had a recall done for brake booster hose and the mechanic said there could be a rod near the master cylinder that needs adjusting ? Said there could be pressure on the brakes ? Thanks

Welcome to the site. It could be a parking break non releasing. There is a TSB out on these trucks. Oh, TSB, stands for technical service bulliton.

Thanks for the info. I will get the rear brakes serviced and adjusted.Hope it helps because the truck only has 53k miles and it needs to go alot further.
