On the manual transmission comment. I would LOVE to have seen ford give us a dual clutch setup. It could have given another 5-6% in fuel economy along with more power at the wheels. I guess people just dont wanna have to change out a clutch in a automatic yet.

 

Is it 1:00 PM PDT or EDT? The main thread announcement is PDT but the first item says EDT. I'm assuming 1:00 Eastern. Looking forward to it.

 

Here's a couple questions to throw out:

Why has the 6.2L gas engine power output been de-rated in the 10K and higher gvwr Super Duties? What specific changes are there in those engines vs. the gas engines in the lighter duty super duties that put out significantly greater horsepower and torque ratings?
