I may have a person that can do banners (like for Carlisle) but I don't know off hand about a lettering shop. I'll be glad to talk to anyone you all might know and provide artwork files though to see it through.

 

Scott....FYI, there is a thread in the CL Forum that the other chapters have been posting their decals in. You may want to take a look to see if there are any ideas that you like.

Just for an idea, here is ours. It is about 6" in diameter and it is cut vinyl so it will last for many, many years.

 

That's nice, Neil. Did the color set you guys back a lot? I know those that get banners made around here complain about the premium rate for color work...

 

One of my members did all of the design work and he does some lettering work on the side. This project he had another shop produce them and I think that the total cost per was $5.50. That was with a favor called in, but not a big one. The member and the owner of the shop have a working relationship.

 

Not a bad deal. We'll see what we find out when we get there in our own case.

 

Bill looks great......can you try doing one with the logo a little smaller and pa chapter a little bigger?? But that's ex. what I was thing tho.....Brian from De. mite be able to make em...And or there is a place near my work that I have gotten stuff made before... Oh and I think Brian can do shirts Too....

Back in January, I talked to Brian and he told me to get the art work to him and he would give me a price. So we can play with this one to get what we like and go from there.

 

Let me see what I can do. The FTE logo is giving me a few fits in sizing but I'll get it figured out. Thanks for the comments though.

Sample 2. Upped the PA Chapter text size, and figured out how to make the FTE logo 80% of the size of the first one I posted.
