Mill them some.

I cannot tell you what is an acceptable amount though. Georgedavila could probably help here.

Or go with the older castings. C8, C9, D0.

Don't even wast the time on milling them, It would take to much to get get them down to 75 or cc less, plus you will have to mill the intake to get it to fit right. Save you self the time and money and get your self a pair of C8, C9 or D0VE-A or C's. If your looking for higher compression you can use the early heads or change pistons.

I wouldn't mill them. As Fordzzzz77 said, milling the intake will be the only way it'll match and that'll cost you $100-150. If you want to stay with pedestal rockers, use pistons to change your c/r. Or go to earlier heads.

Ok, thanks. I actually did get some higher compression pistons, but they are only around 9.3:1 with 92 cc combustion chambers. I am thinking that I will just go to some wrecking yards and maybe look for some of those heads you guys mentioned. What years of fords/mercurys/lincolns 429/460's would have any of those heads? Oh and how much would they charge me?

Pre-72 anything Lincoln, Ford/Mercury with 429/460. Head casting will be C9XX, DOVE.

Prices vary by location. I'd be curious as to what they quote you where you are.
