replace rocker arms and pushrods or just clean them?

I had originally planned on replacing valve springs, rocker arms, pushrods, and valves with factory replacement parts on my 460 in my 78 F250 but ive had them in the parts cleaner and they came out looking great. would you guys recomend replacing them or using my original ones?

Considering the low cost of these parts and the importance of them, I would replace them.
After years of use, each item can lose tolerance, and can become less effective at providing lift. If one rocker is out of tolerance, or one pushrod, it cant push the valve open, and performance is lost.
Here is what I know. During a recent Dyno run, I used a stock set of stamped steel rockers, and pushrods and created a baseline. Then for the sake of wondering what would happen if we went to a nice set of rockers, we bolted some on. Using identical tolerances, we gained just over 10 peak Hp. This was done with brand new after market pushrods (more on this later). Then we increased the rocker arm ratio to create a bit more lift. Only added a little bit but made another 11 peak Hp.
This was simple but the gains justified the expense.
Now I'm sure that the accuracy of the stock rocker as so out of tolerance that it creates its own problems, but with the dyno numbers I would not ever hesitate to use brand new quality rockers ever again.
Alright, now the pushrod. I almost never use a stock pushrod especially if the rod uses an oiling hole, or the rod is hallow. I do not ever do this because the hole becomes the weak link. When the pushrod loses length as the hole becomes larger or the end of the pushrod gets mushroomed the length is compromised.
The old trick of rolling the pushrod over sheet of glass to verify whether or not it is true is not as accurate as it can be.
A small amount of runout which might otherwise be undetectable could cost you some power and efficiency. This could also equate to gas mileage.

A small tolerance change might be responsible for some lower power output, and for me, its not worth the small cost.

Ive verified handfuls of stamped steel rockers and have seen many discrepancies with the advertised ratios.
Quality components are worth their weight in gold.
