I have a older chiltons book from the 80s era that seems to have some decent info int it including the correct proceedure for removing the injector pump and lines. Its not diesel specific though and covers 65-85 model years if I remember right. There's tons of info in older haynes and chiltons manuals that they don't let you have anymore if you were to buy a new one today.

Reminds me of chocolate bars or other snacks that seem to get smaller every year. Inflation and all that....
