brake issues
On my way back ffrom a 2 hour drive, my brakes felt like they lost all vacume, there stiff. I know this is a dumb question but theres a part underneath the alternator that has a hose connected to it and has oil coming out of it.
what is that part? I can take a pic if the description sucks

what is just toward the driver side of that pulley? that's the part I don't recognise
