Post up a pic of what your truck looks like TODAY!

All with a cheap harbor freight siphon feed gun, and 10 gal compressor. And I am the king of messing things up. And did it in my dirt backyard with 15_20 mph wind. I am so sure your paint will rock. But make sure to take some before pics for yourself. I am super bummed I never got around to taking ANY AT ALL.

Very nice to see you making headway on it. Great looking truck.
Heres the start to my rebody. Dads truck, one owner, He bought it just after i was born. First two are the truck now. Just got the cab, and the std cab is rusted with a good bed. All going on the 4wd supercab frame. For some reason, i am looking for mirrors like yours and f600 doors. Maybe gives it that “truck” feel...idk.

I agree... I wouldn't pay that much, unless I was doing a full resto on a truck and I couldn't live without them. Mirrors that probably sold for $25 new.... haha

Today, my truck looks like a work truck. I do get lots of looks at the Home Depot when I do material runs...something about a 70's green Dentside still doing actual work amazes people for some reason. Either that or they are laughing at my wife's Chihuahua riding shotgun. He has adopted my truck and will flip out every time he hears the keys jingle- any other keys to any other car, he doesn't care. BUT if those truck keys make so much as a sound, somebody is taking the dog for a ride or he pouts for hours! Can't fault the dog for having good taste in vehicles.
It was way past time to build a new garden shed. The floor of the old shed in the background is rotting out, one of the walls is starting to shift and collapse, and it's too small for the riding lawnmower anyways. And honestly, the foundation blocks of the new shed are actually level despite how the picture makes them look, lol.

..un f 150 flareside " look 1978 "
hello
here is mine I don't know if it's a 400 or a 351 ci for the engine yet because I couldn't identify the engine it was completely rebuilt and on a 10 cm elevation I only need one more little problem with air intake in the fuel circuit because when we don't start it for a few days it has a hard time starting as if there was no more gas we have to prime it with gas in the carburetor .. and the lubrication and draining to be done because it has been stored for a long time I am changing the radiator of the former was dead and I added a scoop around the propeller of the fan in order to better channel the air and improve the cooling of the engine it's a great truck .. good day everyone

Mine hasn't changed much since I bought it 15 years ago...still haven't found the piece of race track moulding I need for the right side. Took the 400 out and replace with a 460, changed the wheels, removed the brush guard and spotlight. I have another '79 cab from a manual truck. Just need to find everything else to convert this from C6 to manual...and move to the country where I have room for a shop.
