radiator leak. i pulled it today and took it to a radiator shop. they said with the extreme cold weather we've been have that the inside of the radiator expands and contracts. they said i have to get it resinched (sp?). anyone ever hear of this? i don't want to be getting ripped off. it's 50 bucks for the job.
one more: when i put the radiator back in tomorrow, is there anything special i should do to keep air out of the lines?

If this is on your '86, the end tanks clamp onto the core with a gasket between them to keep it from leaking. Most likely the extreme cold has caused the gasket to shrink allowing it to leak. They'll just pinch the tabs tighter - simple adjustment, but needs to be done right.
Don't worry about air in the system - it'll work it's way out. It's not a true closed-system anyway.
