I met Terry at the supernationals a couple years ago. Real good guy to talk to. His chop top / chop hood slant cap made the final four that year. At the time he was working to get the molds from "Gibbins F-100s" to start making the fiberglass top again for the 56.

Tumblindyce, Thanks, I had seen these. I am looking for another big back window though. Already have a Custom Cab F100 small rear window. There is one in the valley, but i haven't gotten a return phone call from the guy posting it yet. I do love the crew cabs and would like another one that is in a wee bit better shape. If i were to run out and get another F100 right now, I would settle for a reg rear window 4x4 that is for sale in Reno. It looks pretty clean.

Monday I will go Nebraska again these junkyards are only 2 hours away. It's like a field trip!! Here is Terry's cell # 402-366-7848 Tell him that Jeff from Nevada sent you.
Thrifty, Great post. When you are there and if you are willing, find out if he will part with one of his 60 Crewcab's as well as quite a few parts for it including the rear doors, rear bench seat and the rear drive line for a 4x4 model. Also looking for a factory rear bumper for a crew cab. You can reach me at 707-888-8777 Thanks, Mathais

no crewcab

I have to admit, I was starting to drool. I just spoke with Terry. He said it must have been the angle of the pic, because he does NOT have a 56 crew cab. Too bad, I was gearing up for a road trip.

Wow, this is an old thread, but here goes. Im interested in conversion kits for 56 Ford F-100 small to big rear window kits. I know mid fifty sells them, but I want to hear from someone who has experience installing them and what kit they used.

It would be best to start a new thread with the subject in the title
A lot of folks won't look at a thread this old
