I can say that I would never buy one. I would rather have a Lightning and a regular F-Series truck. I could do that and still have spent less money. I don't see the point of it. I don't like how it looks at all anyway.

I have one.

Seriously, I drove 60 miles to look at it, and couldn't go home without it! It's a stunning truck. A few things that aren't spoken of: 1. It's interior noise level is less than a BMW 750i. Look up the numbers on Edmund.com. Spectacular right? 2. It's got a wider track than a Hummer H1. It's only 1.1" less than a duallie's rear track! This brings spectacular stability and handling off and on road. It must be driven hard to believe. 3. It's got just shy of a foot of QUALITY travel on all four corners, it's definitely got an ATV type feel offroad. 4. The 5.4 and 6 speed are a great power plant. Anyone who naysays the 5.4, in my belief, don't know how to turn off all the nannies. 5. Locker at any speed, in 2wheel drive? WHooooya!!!! 6. It's hot, it's THE ticket for those of us who grew up with a hotwheel collection. The styling and the paint job, well, it's perfect. I think the people who think that they're ugly are in short supply. I get thumbs ups by the dozens and get stopped in the parking lot all the time. I'm not used to people approaching me, it makes me kind of jumpy.

I LOVE MY TRUCK!!!

Hey Huck thats sweeeeeet. That FORD badging across the grille blows the doors off any style or size oval. If I were looking right now, would do it in a second. Have fun!

I picked mine up yesterday. Haven't had time to take it offroad, but did make a trip down a local "goat trail" road. Pretty impressive.

I thought that. But I didn't know they were available for gas engines.

Yeah, they're optional on most and always available in the aftermarket as well.

I have every intention on getting one. How ever i would be very surprised if i get one before 3 or 4 years time. I have it all planned out though a white supercrew 6.2l and of course i will have to have it supercharged as well. I have never heard anything about a 6.2 turbo thats coming out next summer but i could settle for a turbo.

The better bet would be a 6.2 ecoboost! Have you seen the stats on Ford's little wonder, the 3.5 ecoboost? Heck, if they applied that to the 5.4 it'd be one ground poundin' monster!

I like the 5.4, with the 6 speed, it works great.

Love that black Raptor above, I can see someone getting some Zaino Bros. ASAP!!!!

Not sure if I'm going to get one of these or build a Ranger prerunner. I'm not totally sold on the Raptor yet. I think there's just minor things that put me off, like the super gaudy grill, which I'm sure could be changed easy enough. But if I do go for the Raptor I'm putting a Procharger system on it.

I am 100 percent sold on the eco boost. But i will just belive the 6.2 ecoboost when it see it. It would be great and maybe by the time i am ready for the raptor it will be there. Hopefully if they make it i will get it

I am noticed you are a big fan of the 5.4, i am sort of a skeptic to it actually. My current truck is the 05 roushcharged screw we bought new, and it may only have 3.73 gears but i am not sold on it. even with the extra horses it is still only "quick" there is ALOT of room for improvement. But the way you talk it seems that with the 6 speed and 4.10's it is somthing else entirely.

What do you think it runs on the quarter mile?
