Front Wheel Bearing Replacement

Front Wheel Bearing Replacement
Good afternoon,
I am about to replace the front wheel bearings on my 1996 F250 4x4 351. I've searched this forum for how-tos and tips but ended up finding a bunch of stuff that really doesn't apply to my questions (people are asking more granular questions, have auto locking hubs, etc.). I just want to know how to go about changing wheel bearings on 4x4 as I've never dealt with locking hubs before.
In a nutshell, it appears that I remove the outer cover, pull a locking ring out of the hub, pull the hub assembly out, pull the rotor off, replace the bearings, reverse order.
- Is it that simple? Am I missing a step? I just want to know waht I'm getting myself into before I start.
- Is there a certain torque setting for anything when I put it all back together? I do not have the official Ford powertrain manual and my Ford chassis manual doesn't cover wheel bearings.
- Any tips or tricks to make my life easier when I do this?
Thanks for your input.

Like that, stop once you get the hub/rotor off.
