This is: D5TZ3B676B (replaced D2TZ3B676B, D1TZ3B676A & C7TZ3B676C), the lower section of the F100 4WD's shaft and coupler assembly.
Fits 1967/75 F100 4WD only!
For a Bronco of this vintage, this part is: D2TZ3524A (replaced C7TZ3524E) Steering Shaft & Flange Assy-60" long! Fits: 1967/72 & 1973 Bronco w/manual steering before serial number S20,001.
btw: The steering shaft and coupler for a 1967/75 F250 4WD looks the same as the F100 4WD & Bronco, but it's F250 4WD only.

The U-joint and other misc parts that make up the complete assembly (there are 21 total parts!) were also available separately.
The 4WD shaft & couplers used in 1976/79 are not the same, as these are a one piece assembly. Will not fit 1967/75.
D5TZ3B676B (replaced D2TZ3B676B, D1TZ3B676A & C7TZ3B676C) .. Lower Shaft & Coupler / All are obsolete.

FTE has a (WA) Ford Dealer Parts Dept sponsor: PARTSGUYED.COM that gives members a parts discount off the actual FoMoCo MSRP.
Parts Guy Ed is Ed Olson, the parts manager of Horizon Ford (Tukwila) & Millennium Ford (Burien).
Since Ed and I have the same parts locator sources, he won't be able to help you locate this part...but could help you locate other stuff (if I'm not around).

Hey number dummy, not to hijack or anything or doubt yer vast knowledge, but the part pictured above on my truck which is a 70 f100 4x4 is mounted to my steering box, and the steering box that is currently in my truck came from a 69 bronco, i'd say it shared the same part, but maybe i'm missing something?
The factory steering shaft on my truck has a u-joint attached at the end of the column, the shaft goes into this coupler at the steering box. if you look at the link i posted, mine looks just like the picture they have for the 65-75 manual steering. I have been searching the best I can throughout the net for 4x4 related parts and always get sent to bronco sites. Took me a lil while to figure out I have Dana 30 style steering knuckles that use king pins instead of the later ball joint style. Heck, even the spindles I installed last weekend were listed for 72 bronco, and they were the exact same thing as what came off. If the coupler comes apart as the gentleman above clearly shows in his picture, why would a person need to buy the whole shaft and coupler? Since we are on this subject could you possibly let me know if someone sells the u-joint that goes at the other end? I think the needle bearings are shot. I don't mean to be a pain, just learning like the rest. Your knowledge and help is always appreciated.

Because, this is how FoMoCo operates, you had to buy the whole tamale.

If you look in the parts catalog illustrations (1965/72 or 1973/79 passenger car for Bronco), 1964/72 or 1973/79 truck parts catalogs for F100 4WD's, you will see there in no part number shown for it.
Ditto for 1967/75 F250 4WD's. How can I list the part number for this part...when there isn't one?

But wait...there's more!
Considering all the applications this joint kit fits, you can prolly buy it at NAPA, other parts stores.
There is a Timken part number (that autoparts stores use) for this joint kit: CPL6S-22

Hey great, glad you found what you needed. I'm not quite as fortunate in my neck of the woods, most of these trucks were recently scrapped.

Darn it number dummy your magic keyboard has outdone mine. I tried looking up those part numbers and drew blanks, even got blank stares from the parts store when I went there looking. I swear, anymore you gotta have your own books and part numbers in hand before you go to the store. I will look into these.

This catalog has 4849 pages of text, 1961 pages of illustrations. Since every part is illustrated, the catalog can also be used as an assembly/dis-assembly manual.
If you get the catalog (or already have it), look here: Illustration Section 35, page 9. This is the exploded view of all the parts in the 1967/72 F100/250 4WD's steering column and steering gearbox.
See if you can find the number for that part the OP was a lookin' for. Lotsa luck, cuz there ain't one!
This catalog also includes the following cross reference info (at the end of the text section):
Manufacturer's part numbers to Ford part numbers (pages 1 thru 98) & Ford part numbers to Manufacturer's part numbers (pages 99 thru 188).
This is where I got the Timken part number for that joint kit.
