I didn't know there was any issue in 2004, I was simply looking for total number of dealerships...haha. It just happened to be 2004 data that I discovered.
Yes, I agree the dealerships need the training.
I guess if someone has an issue in the first 50 miles a tech needs to know how to resolve it.

When I had my 6.0L at Montgomery Ford, AL (Stivers now) 3-4 weeks ago they brought a 6.7L truck there then and did training. So unless they're visiting every mom and pop dealer in every little town I'm sure they're wrapping it up. As far south as I am this has gotta be some of the last places they're hitting.

I saw a 2011 crew cab this morning in our area in the opposite lane.
It was a brief view but the new grill was easy to spot.
It already passed me before I could check the door for the 6.7L badge.
Being Easter Sunday morning, I would guess it wasn't a trainer truck because the two dealers here were not open and we're 40 miles from an interstate plus I know the trainer truck was in the area two weeks ago (around March 19th). Maybe this is a good sign.
