Has any one changed cams and timing chain gears on the 5.4 3V? Mine has the chain rattle form (I am told) the tensioner gasket leaking. I thought wile i was in the motor I could do some upgrades like RV cams and maybe get the phasers out before they cause a problem. Any advice??
