ft 361 firing order

I have moved this thread to the FE forum but I am a bit puzzled about which engine this ft361 may be. Somebody is confused.

My Motor's Truck Repair Manual lists the '75 FT 361 with a 15426378 firing order, same as the FE's.

Distributor should be counter-clockwise, same as FE and most Ford V8's

Cylinders are numbered same as the rest of the FE's, and all Fords, I think. Front-to-rear, right bank is 1-2-3-4, left bank is 5-6-7-8. Left bank is driver's side (in the US at least). It's been 15 yrs since I had a stock FE intake, but isn't the cylinder number cast into the intake right on top of the runners?

The cylinder banks listed should be viewed from the drivers seat to be correct. Thanks for replying krewat. I got involved in the post move and didn't pay attention to the question.

Not only are the cylinder numbers cast into the intake, but the firing order is cast into mine behind the carb.
