Diesel Guzzler

What types of mileage is everyone averaging on PSD's? Im getting around 10-12 mpg. It is killing me considering i put about 40k/year on my truck. I have the microtuner and the k&n filter but still not helping. Any suggestions as to what will help?

My dad's stock F-350 with the exception of a K&N filter gets about 12 to the gallon also. It's got the auto and 4:10 gears and is fully aligned with 50psi in the tires...any help?
