Yeah might do better posting your question here:
1987 - 1996 F150 & Larger F-Series Trucks - Ford Truck Enthusiasts Forums
...but on my '96 Explorer the fuse panel is on the left side of the driver's dash at about knee level and the control is under the hood next to the firewall.
