Nice, I thought the angle was kinda weird at first too but now I think it looks kinda nice. I still need to get a tip so it will exit outside the truck, now it currently exits slightly before the back fender.

Here is a comparison

Here is how it exits

I couldn't either - at least in a 3.5" -
There is a very cheap answer to this: find a stock 6.0 exhaust. Its all mandrel 3.5 over the axle and fits perfect. Thats what I did.

Yeah I'm looking for a tip that will look great, exit past the tuck, and be around $50. Get yourself a turbo and you will have more fun than you thought possible cooking other cars and trucks - And of course hauling big loads effortlessly.

Over the summer I ran 3 1/2 SS tubing for my ehaust like my signature says. I couldnt find a place to bend it so i jut ran it from the y under the cab to the front of the axle. Used a coupler to mate it to the over axle portion of the exhaust. It sounds so good now- like a big block almost when it revs high. Been thinking of puttng a 5 inch SS tip on. My buddies say they like the sound better than the PS they drive. I wish i could get some turbo whin with mine some day haha

update.
so i had a good jag of wood on yesterday and had her WOT kicked down in 2nd gear and talking back up around 3k+ rpm up a nice sized hill.as i was about to break the speed limit i backed off her,but........
as i reached the top,i saw a state of Maine's finest.
yeah,he pulls me over and says its too loud.let me off with a warning luckily as iv got a nice clean record id like to keep it that way lol.
so anyway,i guess i need to find a muffler/silencer tip to fit my 4" tailpipe.
i hope that would do the trick combined with my free flowing muffler to tone her down a bit until i get a turbo on her.
with diesel over $4 (heck even if it was $3) a gallon, the last thing i want to do is restrict my engine.

Doesn't it already have some kind of custom muffler on it? Or is it straight?

I have to say I do like that muffler look, but with how I drive this truck, it would be crunched into my tire in a couple months...
I tend to throw my truck into spots it was never designed to be in, and then force my way out... "Mirrors in!" is a common statement shouted to the passengers.

sorry to hear that. The police in my area are guys like me who like trucks. Legaly we dont have any noise variances on vehicles as long as its in comlpiance with emmissions. Glad i have a pre-emissions diesel!! Iv even ran my truck right off the exhaust manifold Y collector. That was a great sound going down main street and lightin up the tires. Best place to hear it scream is under the highway overpasses so it can echo real nice

Well the law says that as long as my truck isn't louder than 95 db, I can do whatever I want with it, and even that it's only really ever enforced in the down town core, because of how confined it is.
I'm thinking stacks might be the way to go, just get the entire exhaust system out of the way.

That sucks dude, I got a muffler like yours except its bigger. And of course the turbo keeps things down quite a bit. I don't know about any tips though.

Stacks getting the exhaust system out of the way? As much as I love stacks, I'd never have some, as they take alot of cargo room out of the bed.

Now on a flatbed, that be the very first thing I'd do is stack it! but in a pickup truck, no no!
