I have a shadow so to speak and holes where there looks to have been an overhead console. I can't recall there being one so maybe this headliner is from another vehicle or later generation that did have one? Still don't know what trim level my truck has. No badge above the radio (Ford AM/FM/Cassette) but is in black where the gauge bevel is that wood texture. Don't care really as I will go through the interior soon.

 

It was likely a CB mount, overhead consoles only came in trucks with dealer packages (AKA dually Centurions, etc.) and later Eddie Bauer Broncos.

 

Thanks. Sure I can find some aftermarket console if I want. No need for a CB though. Getting some visor clips would be nice for sure.

I started looking around and came across some universal ones. I was initially turned off about the CB radio tray but later realized I could stick some rocker switches up there for things. Course seems that I stole this idea from Jeep guys but I don't care haha.
