Exit 38 and Tinkham Rd. North Bend.

Thought I would share my experience. Ha. My first time off-road by myself. First hint, don't go alone. Second hint, don't drive in snow if you don't know how.

Exit 38. Was easy getting up to the top.

Some smaller trails. That didn't have ample turn around room.

Got 'er around though.

Went over to Exit 42 which is the bottom entrance to Tinkham, Exit 47 is a quicker route.

You can get up A LOT further and I should have turned around...but we were havin a blast.

I went up a bit further in 4X4 after climbing up most the way in 2WD. The snow got a bit intimidating so I turned around, didn't drop down a gear to head back down and the ruts grabbed me and through me off the side off the cliff. As self preservation I aimed for the closest tree. Would have gone hundreds of feet down otherwise.

Had some ppl that were shooting give me and my friend a ride into town, called a tow truck and luckily made it back up before sunset. Paid 250$ which was SUPER cheap to pull her out. About 1500$ in damages but have yet to take her into a shop.

Fender is gone. Mirror is being held on with Electrical tape () blinker doesn't work but all of my lights do. Haha. For the side mirror, the housing is shot but the mirror isn't broken, blinker still works and everything. Suspension is fine, driving shaft, all that was untouched. She needed an alignment anyway, pulls a bit to the right so I'll probably have it all checked out, better safe than sorry!

Did you get the license plate of that tree? Ouchy, body wise looks easy for repair. Highline Alignment in Burien does good work...
