my flareside will...

my Flareside will still do a burnout!!!!!!!!!!!! i have been having trouble getting to do one here lately cause the brakes were adjusted and the motor is getting tired. but with it being so warm today i guess it was running better. when i went to do a brake stand to try to further diagnose my vibration i started doing a burnout. so i said **** it and kept going and everyone around me at the stop light started honking their horns. i dont know if they were mad or liked it. im betting the first.

ok i felt like jumping in joy.

this is all.

My exhaust and rear fenders are all furry with black rubber from the brake stand I did yesterday. My 35's really shed some rubber! My son was in the truck, and he couldn't believe the cloud of smoke that engulfed us.

My rear disc brakes don't allow me to do brake stands, but getting on it at a stop rarely has problems spinning the tires, and wet pavement just makes it worse.

Trucks are light in the rear too, disc brakes with weight on them are quite productive. LoL
I really want 4.10's but all axles I've found have drums with them so far, I wonder if the disc is all that much better, ambulance's are heavy and have drum.
I knew a guy with a 4x4 ext cab step side that wouldn't spin the rear tires, and he had a 351W, upside is, tires are expensive.

Yeah, my stock ones are $200 each, the cheap load E don't last long.
I used to burn my tires all the time years ago, yet lately I've started again, need to see about buying 2 replacements soon.
