You can run them in MO, it's perfectly legal. You might run into an occasional City ordaniance that you wont want to open up in, but that's just your local D***'s.

They always sound great, run them

They are legal in MO, as far as I know. I've had mine checked before and nothing was said.

I'm not sure if they are illegal but I have a set. They end right where my cab ends and my bed starts, and they're ridiculous loud lol (Just manifold to glass packs). I'm going to end up removing them and adding different exhaust system to tone it down a hair. I gotta yell to who ever is riding with me when your maintaining or increasing speed. I do still like them though, and pass by St. Louis County, Missouri cops all the time. So far nothing.

turn them out to the side of the truck, or run them all the way back. it will leave the exhaust note alone, and make it livable inside the cab.

I've got duals with 12 in cherry bomb glasspacks (2.25 in) behind flowtech headers on my '78 with a 400 in it. Sounds good, not really loud at idle, but is pretty darn loud when ya get on it. The exhaust is rsn in front of the rear tires on each side.

i have a 360 blackjack headers 2.5" pipes and 24" packs that dump at the axle, engine isnt running well anymore at idle sounds like a cammed up motor(i have a factory cam). I decided to do a 0-60 run up a steep hill and a HIPO was hiding where i took off from(DOH!) He didnt catch me speeding, i didnt see him up on me till i was back down to 35 but he gave me a warning and wanted to know why my truck sounded like an airplane!

390FE, Hedmans, 2.5-inch tubing, through Moroso Spiral Flows... no fiberglass to crumble away.

Underside... ends in a "boom tube".

The noize... idle, 2000 rpm, and 3,000 rpm.
