Now you know how Texas weather is, just throw in 100 degree heat and you'll be there.

Dont forget the possibility of snow. 80* half the day snow and sleet that night and back to the 70's the next day.... 70mph wind and raining mud.

60 F100 Shop truck

Hello to the Texas Chapter ! "New" guy here (at least to this forum). Just checking to see what goes on in the Texas Chapter. I'm in Aledo, Texas and was wondering if there were any other 57-60 F100 owners trolling here on the forum. Seeing if there are any events or shows coming up in the area.....

Thanks,
HotRod

Good evening fellas.....I have been talking with a guy in Germany. ...to get an authentic Saubraten recipe. .....

Now most online recipes call for brining 3-5 days.....this one called for 21 days. ...I actually let it go for 30....as I wasn't quite ready. ......

Man....this is good stuff!!!! Y'all guys down around Bourne and New Braunfuels.....eat your hearts out. ...your grans would be drooling.......This ain't something you can get anywhere else. .....

A real German taste treat....and harder to find than REAL German sausage.......andwe all know how hard that is to find. ........

Why?

That seems kind of crazy.

I moved from western NY to Salado,TX and I would never ever go back.
