Well are you motion limited? Did they do those injections too?

Rock, no I don't have any limitations, I can't move it to the extreme that I once could, It is getting better it should get back to normal in a while. I need to take into consideration my age. I will be 70 in the spring. Yes, I did have injections several times.

 

Yes they said it would take a year or more, the shoulder is the most complex joint in the body.

 

I agree Bob, keep up yer exercise on yer own & do yer best, thats all you can do, I hope you're not in much pain.......

 

No pain just a little discomfort if I over do it, Its not bad, all in all I feel good now
