Exclamation 1999 Ford F250 Super duty Wheel Bearing Problem

I have a 99 F250 Super duty.4x4 4 wheel abs. Not dually. I just found out today the Wheel bearing hubs are bad. Now I did some research and found that my truck was manufactured in 10/98. Which means the hubs need to be thru 3/21/99. Now there is another option which is from 3/22/99. Each look the same have same measurements and everything. Difference is that the rotors (which I am replacing) are different. My question Is has anyone done this. I want to buy the other hubs (3/22/99) and rotors. and put them on the truck. being that the are 50% cheaper. Would that be a problem? Below is a web address of where I found My info . My part number options are : SP580204 and (cheaper) 515020. Can anyone help? I want to know if anyone has done this before.

IIRC, the early trucks had a different front axle. Wasn't a DANA 60.

How can I tell if it was changed? It has a lift kit so I don't know if someone changed it prior to me buying it. So what your saying is that they wont work on the truck?

I have a 99 that was built 2/99. I ran into the same problem. I bought 2 newer style hubs and 2 new rotors and switched to the new style. Total cost was less than just one of the old style hubs. Only difference was the flange thickness(newer hubs have a thicker flange). Been on for over 5K miles.

do you mean that you can't get the axles out of the spindle? You will need to pry the axle out as the spindle seal holds the axle in. You will want to replace the spindle seal as well if you are taking them out.
I just replaced my ball joints and axle u-joints today, so it is very fresh in my mind
