Missing after warmup

Missing after warmup
Hi guys,
This seems to be a fairly common problem. I have had f-150 or old f100 all my life, so this 1987 is like a new car to me, didnt have to even put a radio in it. However, its a fuelie and it ran well for a while, but now misses on only #6 after warmup. (300 straight six). I swapped injectors, there is spark coming out of distributor, compression seems okay, iac seems to be operating fine, plug looks normal, swapped wires and plugs around. Is there a way for it to drop the signal to just one injector after warmup?
