COP wire connector problem.

hey guys i was changing a Coil on my 97 F-150 5.4 and i accidentally pulled the 2 wires out of the connector and i cannot get them to go back into place. i can get them into the connector but they will not lock. is there a trick to it? i know on alot of wire connectors you can take a pick and depress the tabs to remove or install the wires from it. but these dont appear to be that way. any help is appreciated!

I've never had one apart myself. If there are no tabs then perhaps you can use some clear silicon to hold them in the connector.
