Welcome to FTE.
As Jay said, why the need for a rebuild? 146K isn't much for a 5.4. These engines seem pretty tough, most lasting 250K-350K or more with little or no problems causing a need to rebuild them.
Here are a couple places to start:
Flatlander Racing - Ford Engine Rebuild Kits
Ford 5.4L 1997-2005 Engine Rebuild Kit
Ford master engine rebuild kits | parts
It looks like the cam/lifters are not included in most kits, available separately. I'm guessing these engines have roller cams/lifters. Also, head bolts will most likely be needed, and possibly rod bolts. I'm sure the head bolts are TTY(torque-to-yield) meaning they are only good for one use.
