what is a good cam

i am looking to put a cam in my truck and was wondering what to get to wake it up. i have a 1996 f150 302 auto, i am going to put gt40p heads on at the same time

You may lose a little low end, but if you can extend the factory shift points, this may be a winner:

I would love to slide that into my '96 351... Pricey for a SBF cam, though.
