4x4 truck, all factory suspension? Your stock tires are 32" in diameter so 33s will fit in just fine unless they're stupid-wide. 35s may fit too, but you'll probably have some rubbing when you turn the steering wheel all the way to left or right.
Wheels will make a difference too. You can put taller tires on factory wheels. Most aftermarket wheels are wider with more offset and will cause rubbing with smaller tires. I'm running 285/75R16's(32.84") with no issues.
thx a lot guy's for the quick reply it will help me a lot to know where to start searching ... ! and... wow didnt knew there were that much poeple here! i had to look in 3 page of new thread to find mine.. lol big community here nice !!!
I'm running 315/75R16 on my truck, '93 F-250 no lift. The bumper needs to be trimmed about an inch or two, though. Alternatively, could just put some spacers in between the bumper and the frame.
That's cause you got the aero front clip tho - the '87 to '91 bricknose style like Dark Flame's have more spacer around the wheels, so trimming the bumper may not be necessary for him.

So 315/75/16 will still fit ? its 34,6 inch in diamater its like 2 inch more than the 285.. would the tire be rubbing too when steering at max ?
anyway 33s still gonna be big 6 inch biger than the stock one, equivalent too a 3 inch lift...

How you figured that out? Factory size tires for you is 235/85-16 (unless you have a 2wd dually) which is a 32" tire. And 35s ain't usually really 35" in diameter, but slightly smaller... And if they happen to run at full turn, well then just don't turn the wheel as much - I have that going on with my truck, I misjudged the bumper end supports and now my tires hit them at full lock, so I just make wider turns - no big deal once you get used to it.

k i tough i read somewhere that the stock tire where 185/75/16 for my truck so 27 inch in diameter than fitting some 33s would add give me 3 inch of lift
stock tire size on these trucks was 235/85r16. equals out to about 31" tall.
And no, they will fit tall ways, but will rub side to side on the leaf springs at full turn. Does no damage, just cant turn as sharp
sorry for quoting you again, but i see that have have lifted a 89 (same as an 91), would like too to lift mine, add did you lift it ? with a kit, did you did it yourself, how much did cost ? thx a lot whats your name ?
My 89 currently has a 4" suspension lift on it, made by rough country. bought it for about 600 bucks new from national tire & wheel. I put it on in my driveway in a weekend.
