Yep but the steering wheel is on the wrong side. lol
It should bolt right up. if your 74 is 4X and that cab is off a 2X you will have to drill the two rear cab mount holes, but they are already dimpled from the factory.

I live in AUSTRALIA so wheel is fine only need doors an floor pan an kapt the rest for spare's cheer's
