I have had good expierences with the 36" good years...
Of course they wont pull like a bogger, but the price is hard to beat.

Depends on what tires. If you got the 36s go for it, they are great off road. But if you got the 37s, put em right back on craigslist now. They are HORRIBLE off road, complete let down. I had a BRAND NEW set and i still was not happy with them

Yup, I ran the 36 and 37" at one time or another. My 36s were 1/2 bald and dry rotted all to hell, and still stood up better than my brand new 37s did. 37s are only good for the poser rig that doesnt plan on actually going off road.... or maybe dirt. dunno how theyd do in dirt. They SUCK in mud

For a street tire they are good, which is what they were designed for, for all the road miles the hummvee's were seeing in iraq...

But for a true offroad tire teh 36"s take the cake.

i can get either the 36s or 37s but the 36s would be way too small for my truck and would look funny

They aren't too different in size and the 36's look cooler anyway

I think there's a ~40" tire for a 16" rim too, might check that out. Tread pattern looks kind of cool, but not sure how well it performs.

Mine did decent...

They did leaps and bounds better than my BFG shovels ever could.

I was only stuck twice with my 36"s both times to the frame in mud, had to climb out the window as the mud was holding the door shut...

Took an excavator to pull me out once, a blade and aloader the second time...

i went down a clay road about 1 mile long and the wranger rt2's didnt do too bad in 2wd. course i was only sinkin about 3-4" in the mud but as long as they stayed cleaned out they did pretty well. but as for ice and snow, they suck royal sac lol. they are better off as a hard packed surface tire, like dry dirt, gravel or highway. just my .02

the 37"s i would agree on.
The 36"s work very well in a loose dirt application, did fairly decent in the mud as well...

The 36"s are not good high way tires, i bought my 37"s in a pinch and they ride MUCH nicer on the highway...
