Oil leak with pics. hope this is any help

hey guys, did some digging today and tried to find the source of this oil lead ive been having, lost about a 1/2 quart over the past week. the oil just sits in the valley and blows up onto the fire blanket on the hood right above the spider...its a lot of oil in the valley.

i dont think it would be a HPOP leak..just because it is above the spider, unless it goes back when i accellerate.

can that spider leak oil...noob question but i am a little unfamiliar with the workings of it.

here is some pics of the oil leak kinda hard to tell

9 times out of 10. . . its a high pressure leak. Lots of orings in there. Depending on where the leak is. . . it can find its way anywhere!

Your exhuast back pressure valve actuator is leaking. It is below the down pipe on the turbo pedistal. you will need to remove the turbo and pedistal to fix this. You can delete the EBPV, and put a blank pedistal in for about $150, or you can drill, tap, and seal your current pedistal.
