you just buy the kit for a 250 gasser and put that on... i believe there is some trimming of the maybe fan shroud or something in that area and a few other small mods. I would message oreo or 85 in the post above ya and see what they say

When I installed mine that I got from a local off road shop, it came with enough hardware for the cab and bed.

When you do the cab, loosen all of the cab bolts, 6 of them.
Only remove one side at a time, that keeps the cab from getting far out of alignment.
After that side has bolts and nuts back on, remove the other side and install it.

Now tighten down all of the bolts.
I had to modify my transfer case linkage, it hit the cab before it went in 2 wheel high.
I also modified my park brake cable mount, just because I was not comfortable with how tight is was stretched.

You also want to check out your steering shaft to make sure it is not about disconnected, mine was fine.

The electrical wiring had plenty of room.
The brake lines also had plenty of extra tubing, but as you raise the cab watch they don't kink.

Also the fan will hit the fan shroud, so it either has to be relocated or the bottom cut for clearance.

I relocated mine so the fan was back in the center of the hole.

Since I have a dump bed, I did not use the bed part of my lift kit.
You would most likely have to extend the fuel tank filling tubes when you installed the bed lift.

Also be aware, the radiator support bushings in my truck were in bad shape.
When I tried to pull the bolts out of them, they disinegrated.
So I had to get an upper and lower bushing for both sides.
The front and rear bushings were fine.

If you have an auto tranny, you will also have ot work on that linkage a little.

The original post was in 2010, last post was Feb 2011. Everyone that has contacted ATS for the upgrade has been disappointed. I believe I read that a few had gotten the larger housing/downpipe sometime last year but ATS quickly ran out.
