08 expedition with a loose after market navigation system. I had the system insttalled a couple weeks after purchasing the vehicle. In the past couple months the system has gotten loose, I guess it's from tapping on the screen, sometimes a bit too hard by my wife with her knuckles due to long fingernails.
Any tips on getting behind the dash, "simulated woodgrain", to tighten a couple screws on the nav system?. I don't want to take it to the local best buy and pay 100 bucks for them to tighten a couple screws for me.

 

Didn't the place you bought it from have a warranty on installation? Most places offer lifetime warranty on installation.

 

That's about what I was thinking too. Even if it's not lifetime, 2 weeks is a bit early to have parts de-installing themselves.
