Check out my 2002 that I got from a little old lady
My first post here. I scored on a fabulous 2002 Ranger that was owned by an elderly couple in my retirement community. Only 25,000 actual miles and some of that was being towed behind the motorhome. Totally garage kept truck so the paint looks almost new. It's a 4 cyl with manual trans (needed for flat towing) but it has A/C, power window/locks and a tonneau (sp) cover. I got it at $5,000 and jumped on it.
The husband has Alzheimer's and doesn't drive anymore. They're downsizing and didn't need the Ranger anymore.
I have some questions but I'll start separate threads for those. Here are some pics.

There is a story behind the B5 Blue Challenger. I bought a Dodge diesel in October of 2007 and had it in the shop 16 times in 2 years. Two recalls and 14 check engine lights. The dealer said it would never get better unless I drove it harder so I complained to Chrysler customer service. They allowed me to replace the vehicle and the new one needed to be about the same price as the diesel pickup but it could be any new vehicle built by Chrysler. I bought it with the intention of being a daily driver but I was sort of abusing the car driving in the winter salt, etc. Plus I have a tiny little sailboat and I was going to need to put a trailer hitch on it, so I was keeping an eye out for a "beater" and lucked out finding the nice Ranger. I might actually sell the Challenger. I've got too many toys.
